How You\'ll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities) What We\'re Offering The Finance Department is seeking summer interns with interest in joining the full-time Rotational Finance Development Program (FDP) upon graduation. Summer interns are placed within the Finance organization in areas such as Treasury, Internal Audit, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operational Finance, Investor Relations, Fuel Management, and Division Controllership. Over the course of the summer, interns will join a Finance team where they may work on existing projects or take individual ownership of a project, including data gathering, comprehensive analysis, and preparation of findings, solutions, and recommendations for senior leaders. Delta\'s Finance team plays a critical role in shaping strategic decisions and driving the long-term financial success of the airline. Finance interns receive focused attention to help grow their interdepartmental network as well as professional development opportunities. What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications) Candidates must be a rising senior in an undergraduate program with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or another analytical discipline with a graduation date of December 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028 Must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a 4-year academic institution At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale This position requires the student to work full-time during the Summer 2027 semester. The student cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as an Intern at the same time, which may delay graduation by 1-2 semesters Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the internship Working as an Intern does not guarantee a full-time opportunity at Delta Air Lines upon graduation.
