Position Floorhand Responsibilities The Floorhand executes day-to-day operations within company guidelines and policies as directed by senior rig personnel. The Floorhand participates in repairing, maintaining, cleaning, and operating rig equipment. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. One year of rig based experience preferred. Ability to read, write, and speak English and follow verbal and written instructions in English. Ability to stay alert for up to 12+ hours a day, make safe decisions, and use proper judgment. Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as per operation, including steel-toed boots, safety glasses, hard hat, work gloves, chemical apron and gloves, approved respiratory device, face shield, goggles, protective hearing devices, safety harness. Ability to work outside with prolonged exposure to heat, cold, wet or damp conditions (rain, snow, sleet). Reliable transportation and punctuality to assigned worksite. Ability to work rotating schedules such as 14 days on/14 days off or 20 on/10 off, including holidays, weekends, and nights. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $28.00 per hour.
