Job Description Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation of performance components affecting functional mobility and providing goal‑oriented treatment to facilitate the maximum level of independence. Responsibilities Evaluate performance components affecting functional mobility. Develop and implement goal‑oriented treatment plans. Facilitate maximum level of independence for patients. Qualifications Shift: FULL TIME DAYS Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence. Nevada State License as a Registered Physical Therapist (see note below). Current BLS certification. Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
