In this role, you will apply professional judgment and clinical expertise to evaluate and treat patients across inpatient, swing bed, outpatient, and skilled nursing settings. You will assess functional abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and help patients improve their independence and quality of life. Location This position may require travel between our Quincy, CA and Greenville, CA facilities.
