Description

• Evaluate patients in various settings, whether inpatient or outpatient, and craft tailored treatment plans
• Execute physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic goals, discharge readiness, and exercises to continue at home

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
