Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Emergency Room License: Valid nursing license Certifications: ACLS BLS TNCC PALS NIHSS Must-Have: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Emergency Room Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS, and NIHSS Description: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related setting. Certifications in ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS, and NIHSS are required. Charge experience is preferred. Patient ratio experience is ideal. Community hospital experience is preferred. Trauma Level I and II experience is beneficial. Experience with various patient diagnoses and emergency situations is essential. Skills in managing critical care situations, including intubation and procedural sedation, are necessary. Candidates should be able to perform phlebotomy and arterial line management. Ability to work with diverse patient age groups, from neonates to geriatrics, is required. The position involves rotation between designated sections based on patient volume. Special equipment operation experience is a plus. This role requires strong collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams. Candidates should have the ability to manage patient care in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be able to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing situations.
