Currently, there are three full-time openings available: one as a Resource Special Education Teacher and two for traditional classroom-based Special Education Teachers.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (preferred or required by state standards)
• Experience teaching or assisting students with a variety of disabilities in educational settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional methods to accommodate individual learning needs
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive classroom environment

Position Details & Responsibilities:

• Full-time contract role, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Serve as a Resource Special Education Teacher or manage your own Traditional Special Education Classroom (based on interest/experience and school need)
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver differentiated instruction and provide tailored support
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with general education teachers and service providers to ensure student success
• Engage in ongoing professional development
