Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Shifts: Day, evening, and weekend shifts available

FirstLight Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to provide in-home care services to seniors in East County , with current needs in and around Santee .

This role is ideal for caregivers who are dependable, professional, and comfortable supporting clients with a range of care needs, from companionship to hands-on personal care.

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Support mobility and perform safe transfers

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Accompany clients to errands and appointments as needed

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment

• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and office staff

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or similar)

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to obtain (assistance provided)

• TB test completed within the last 90 days

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, as required by law

• CNA certification preferred but not required
