Job Summary:

About the Role:
As a Unit Manager at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Alice Manor, you will play a critical role in leading our interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, including staff management, resident care, and facility maintenance
Coordinating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
