Job Details Our firm is seeking a senior Construction Attorney for our New York office to counsel architects, engineers, and other design professionals. This is a transactional and advisory role — not a litigation seat — for an experienced lawyer who wants to own client relationships with full firm support behind them. What You'll Do: Represent architects, engineers, and design professionals across the lifecycle of construction projects Draft, negotiate, and advise on design and construction contracts, including AIA and custom agreements Counsel clients on risk management, licensing, project structuring, and day-to-day legal questions Serve as a trusted, ongoing advisor rather than a matter-by-matter resource What You Bring: 10+ years of relevant experience, with a strong transactional focus in construction and design-professional work Admission to the New York bar and good standing A portable book of business is a significant plus and will be reflected in compensation Interested in hearing more?
