Responsibilities


- Coordinate the flow of materials, kits, and hardware to meet manufacturing schedules and operations commitments.
- Manage point-of-use inventory control, including daily/weekly audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
- Provide production support through kit releases, material movement, and documentation maintenance.
- Facilitate movement and shipment of completed goods to stock, internal/external customers, and between facilities.
- Ensure compliance with inventory procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to all areas of the supply chain and manufacturing operations.


Required Skills and Experience


- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in packaging within a defense manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, learn rapidly, and work effectively in a team.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- High energy and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced setting.


Preferred Skills


- Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.
- Experience in inventory management, cycle counting, and reconciliations.
- Background in material planning within manufacturing or defense sectors.
