Packaging Operations Operator
MILLENNIUMSOFT
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and package medical device kits, including labeling, inspecting, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Accurately mix formulations by measuring and combining chemicals with water solutions.
- Operate basic machinery and handle product movement using carts and pallets.
- Maintain clean packaging stations and processing equipment, following PPE and contamination control protocols.
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation such as batch records, inventory counts, and device history records.
- Perform quality inspections on in-process and finished products to identify and remove defects.
- Support inventory counts and participate in safety audits and discussions.
- Handle hazardous waste in compliance with safety procedures.
- Minimum of 6 months of industry work experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Good documentation practices
- Basic mathematical skills
- Familiarity with computers and general business software
- Ability to inspect and identify defective products
- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including static or rotating shifts and overtime as required
