Controller – Hospitality Location: South Beach, Miami, FL Salary: $105,000–$120,000 Industry: Hospitality / Hotels Position Overview Our client is seeking a Director of Finance / Senior Hotel Accounting professional with strong, hands-on M3 accounting software experience to support the opening and setup of new hotel properties. This is a high-intensity, project-focused role requiring someone who can quickly establish accounting structures, build financial reporting processes, and bring existing records up to date. The ideal candidate will have a strong hotel accounting background, advanced Excel skills, and direct experience working in M3 . Experience with hotel openings and F&B outlet accounting is a plus. Key Responsibilities Establish and update the chart of accounts for new hotel properties and F&B outlets. Manually add and configure accounts within M3 to support new outlets and operations. Build P&L statements and core financial reporting templates. Partner with on-site hotel teams to determine financial reporting needs and requirements. Bring accounting records up to date across multiple properties. Use advanced Excel and M3 to develop efficient accounting structures, reporting workflows, and processes. Perform other senior-level hotel accounting and finance duties as needed. Qualifications Advanced, hands-on M3 accounting software experience Senior-level hotel accounting experience Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data structuring. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven hotel opening/project environment. Strong understanding of hotel accounting and financial reporting. Why This Role?
