Maintenance Director Complete Care at Jefferson Meadows – Baraboo, WI Now Hiring: Maintenance Director Schedule Full-Time Monday–Friday On-Call Rotation Required Primarily Day Shift (hours may vary based on the needs of the facility) Our residents hold a special place as cherished members of our extended family. As our Maintenance Director , you will play a vital role in ensuring our facility remains safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained for our residents, visitors, and staff. Maintenance Director Qualifications & Responsibilities Demonstrate strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and building code compliance. Schedule, coordinate, and ensure completion of all facility maintenance and repairs. Perform routine inspections of the facility to maintain safety, appearance, and equipment performance. Maintain working knowledge of building systems and applicable code requirements. Ensure all work complies with State, Federal, OSHA, and Life Safety regulations. Previous facility maintenance experience is required. Experience with NFPA Guidelines is required. Experience with the Long-Term Care (LTC) Life Safety Survey process is preferred. Ability to participate in an on-call rotation. Knowledge of OSHA and Life Safety regulations. Previous supervisory and management experience. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
