Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Location: CMC Support Department: Cardiac Imaging Lab Riverwood Req #: 0000220841 Status: Hourly Shift: Day Pay Range: $52.91 - $65.48 per hour Pay Transparency: The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The Nuclear Medicine Technologist, under the direction of the nuclear medicine supervisor and/or radiologist, performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in the utilization of radionuclides for the diagnosis and therapy of disease in humans. Participates in and exhibits good Medical Center and Radiology guest relations. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program NJ State license Registered by the A.R.R.T. or the N.M.T.C.B., or Registry eligible Maintain required BLS through the American Heart Association Successful completion of site personnel general orientation and department specific orientation Successful completion of IV training class. Successful completion of radiation safety, survey and decontamination orientation/training by RS Scheduling Requirements: Day Shift Full-Time Essential Functions: Check, measure and record radiopharmaceuticals prior to administering them to patients.
