Section 508 Compliance Specialist

Supporting a federal client in delivering high-quality training solutions, the full-time remote eLearning & 508 Compliance Specialist will manage the design and development of instructional materials and eLearning modules while ensuring compliance with Section 508 standards and federal LMS requirements. Key responsibilities: Support the design, development, and delivery of training and program support materials aligned to client priorities Translate complex policy and technical information into clear, user-friendly content for diverse audiences Review and remediate documents and e-learning materials to ensure compliance with accessibility standards Required qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development Strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline, including accessibility testing and remediation Certified DHS Section 508 Trusted Tester Demonstrated experience creating and testing documents and e-learning modules for Section 508 compliance
