A Facility in Virginia Is Seeking a Locums Gastroenterologist

Our organization will manage all the logistics, such as housing and credentialing, at no cost to you.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 5 PM, focusing solely on inpatient care.
- Patient Load: Manage a GI census of 20 to 25 patients each day.
- Consultations: Handle 8 to 10 new consults and 10 to 15 follow-ups daily.
- Procedures: Perform 2 to 5 procedures each day.
- Support Team: Collaborate with 1 to 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), 1 fellow, and 1 resident on the inpatient team.
- Required Procedures: Proficiency in upper and lower GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, PEG, and more.
- Optional Procedures: ERCP is not a requirement.
- On-Call: No night or weekend on-call duties.
- Compensation: We negotiate competitive pay, with weekly deposits.

- Credentialing: We streamline the credentialing and privileging process for you.
- Online Access: Utilize an online portal for assignment details and time entry.
