Accounting Manager

NOLA Hotel Group, a boutique hospitality company rooted in New Orleans, is seeking a full-time, in-person Accounting Manager to lead accounting and financial strategies across our growing multi-property portfolio collection. This is an opportunity for an accounting professional who is experienced in Excel and accounting standards to work for a dynamic, multi-property hospitality environment. The Role: Accounting Oversight: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, cash management, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and review monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and budget-to-actual reports Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections Support internal controls by reviewing and approving invoices and monitoring AR aging, including collections follow-up Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records across the portfolio Supervise, train, and support accounting staff; assist with onboarding of new team members Partner with the CEO and property teams to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting up and down the organization What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounting experience; hospitality accounting experience strongly preferred Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and comfort working with complex financial data Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with property-level teams Why NOLA Hotel Group?
