Field Service TechnicianLocation: Denver - CO Pay Rate: $21-$23/HRPrimarily field technician work being dispatched to customer sitesWhat will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person?The primary day-to-day responsibilities will include providing on-site technical support for Chick-fil-A restaurants, focusing on troubleshooting and maintaining network connectivity, wireless access points, Client NUC computers, kitchen display systems, and digital order boards. The technician will perform hardware break-fix and IMAC work, respond to service calls within established SLAs (typically 4–6 hours), and ensure all systems operate smoothly to support restaurant operations. Daily tasks also include updating tickets in real time, communicating professionally with restaurant staff and management, maintaining a high level of customer service, and completing required training and certifications, including passing the Chick-fil-A technical exam to support the account. Some remote work will be required for administrative duties and ongoing training.What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have?Hands-on hardware repair and troubleshooting, including PCs, printers, POS systems, and other restaurant technology devices such as Client NUCs, kitchen display systems, and digital menu boards. Strong customer service and professionalism – the ability to communicate effectively with restaurant staff and management, provide clear guidance, and maintain a positive client experience while resolving technical issues.What will the work schedule be for this position?Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the possibility of overtime as needed and after-hours support
