WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR BAGGAGE PORTER:
As our guests arrive at the hotel, you'll be the warm and friendly person who welcomes them, assists with their luggage, guides them to their rooms, and helps ensure they have an amazing time staying with us. A positive and professional attitude is a must as you explain amenities to the guests, make local recommendations, provide directions, and answer questions. You'll keep the guest experience at the forefront and proactively step in to address and resolve any issues (or potential problems) that you notice. When you're not assisting guests, you'll support the front desk and concierge teams as well as assist with cleaning and organizing the lobby, entrance, and bell area. Your efforts will directly improve the guest experience!

- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to lift and carry luggage weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable work ethic and professional appearance
While we're open to entry-level candidates, experience in a hospitality or customer service role would be a bonus!
