Our challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Developer with AI/ML expertise to design, develop, and implement intelligent applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the .NET ecosystem along with hands-on exposure to Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and data-driven solutions .

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte is $95k - $105k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web APIs
• Build and integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications
• Collaborate with data science teams to deploy ML solutions into production
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for AI-powered features
• Work on data processing, model training, and prediction pipelines
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
• Participate in architecture discussions and recommend AI-driven enhancements
• Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with best practices

Requirements:

• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web APIs
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks/libraries such as:
• ML.NET, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience in integrating ML models into applications
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred – Azure AI, Cognitive Services, ML Studio)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

Preferred, but not required:

Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative AI

Knowledge of Python for ML development

Exposure to LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face)

Experience in CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)

Understanding of big data technologies (Spark, Kafka)
