Desktop Support Technician

Job Description Walk hospital floors and departments to locate IT equipment. Identify devices such as: Desktops, laptops, monitors Workstations on Wheels (WOWs) Printers and peripherals Document device presence in Excel or tracking tools. Follow structured checklists and daily assignments. Escalate missing devices, discrepancies, or access issues. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow structured processes. Comfortable working onsite and walking for extended periods. Basic familiarity with computer hardware and peripherals / understanding of basic IT hardware (desktops, printers, peripherals). Experience working in healthcare or hospital environments. Prior involvement in inventory, asset tracking, or deployment projects. Familiarity with tools such as Excel, ServiceNow, or ticketing systems.
