What You'll Love This Role
A Schedule That Works Around Your Life
- Monday through Friday afternoons
- Typical shifts from 1:30 PM-5:30 PM
- Wednesday shifts begin around 12:30 PM for early-release schools
- No evenings
- No weekends
- No holiday shifts

What You'll Do You'll help create an engaging, welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to come each afternoon by:
- Leading games, sports, and recreational activities
- Planning crafts, STEM projects, and enrichment experiences
- Helping students with homework and academic support
- Building positive relationships with children and families
- Encouraging teamwork, kindness, and respectful behavior
- Keeping programs organized, safe, and fun
- Enjoy working with elementary-aged children
- Bring enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude
- Are dependable and ready to lead by example
- Work well as part of a supportive team
- Want to make a meaningful difference in their community
- Are at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
