Comprehensive Therapy Consultants (CTC) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide school-based services within Flagler County Schools. The Position As a school-based SLP, you will work collaboratively with students, families, teachers, and other members of the educational team to help students develop the communication skills they need to succeed academically and socially. Responsibilities include: Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs. Evaluate and assess students with suspected speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop individualized goals and treatment plans. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate. Support students across a variety of communication needs. Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal special education requirements. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders. Eligible for appropriate Florida licensure/certification. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Passion for working with school-aged children. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
