Post Audio Supervisor

Role Purpose / Summary The Post-Production Supervisor reports directly to the Technical Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operational workflow of audio post-production services, including dialogue editing, mixing, and audio deliverables for film, television, and multimedia clients. This role is responsible for coordinating the technical execution of projects across multiple post-production rooms, supervising scheduling and resource allocation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to required technical specifications. It works closely with dialogue editors, mixers, scheduling teams, production management, and engineering staff to maintain efficient workflows and resolve operational challenges. Responsibilities Supervise Audio Engineers, Mixers, and technical operators to ensure they meet production deadlines, quality specifications, and personnel needs. Support the Technical Manager in implementing operational improvements and workflow efficiencies. Assist in maintaining consistent quality control standards across projects. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational issues that may impact delivery timelines. Coordinate room bookings and task assignments across multiple audio suites and freelancers. Meet with direct reports to evaluate workloads and progress to best assist them with any pressure points in their projects. Oversee and delegate special projects to appropriate resources. Support implementation of new tools, systems, or workflows introduced by Studio Operations leadership. Escalate potential delivery risks to the Technical Manager when necessary. Ensure clear communication between production teams, scheduling, and technical staff. Collaborate with IT, Infrastructure, and vendors to ensure equipment is maintained and engineer resources are continually trained and mentored. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in audio post‑production, dubbing, or localization workflows. Strong understanding of dialogue editing, mixing, and audio post‑production pipelines. Experience coordinating post‑production schedules or managing studio resources. Familiarity with Pro Tools, iZotope RX, Dolby Atmos and post‑production audio workflows. #J-18808-Ljbffr Iyuno USA Inc.
