Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. 3 to 5 years of work experience in the lawn care industry is a plus. He or she must have:Knowledge of fertilization and lawn careGood written and verbal communication skillsEnthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditionsExperience operating different types of machineryAbility to meet production goalsBe able to lift in excess of 50 poundsPass a drug test and background check.We offer competitive pay and commission. Potential sign on bonus, production bonus & commissions. Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
