Inventory Cost Analyst

Smart Foodservice Stores LLC (US Foods CHEF’STORE) seeks an Inventory Cost Analyst to optimize product costs and inventory for our warehouse-format retail stores. In this role, you will analyze inventory levels, cost trends, and margins; reconcile variances; and support pricing and purchasing decisions. You’ll prepare regular cost and inventory reports, partner with store and purchasing teams to reduce shrink and stockouts, and help maintain accurate item and cost data in ERP/WMS systems. Ideal candidates bring strong Excel skills, retail or distribution experience, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
