Qualifications Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Excellent communication skills, especially in the digital space. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment. Eagerness to learn and grow within the insurance industry. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Previous sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a career in sales. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools. A positive and proactive attitude towards challenges.Bilingual Spanish Required. Willingness to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training will be provided).
