Senior Quality ManagerThe Senior Quality Manager provides strategic leadership and direction for the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry requirements while driving a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.The Senior Quality Manager partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to improve product quality, reduce cost of poor quality, enhance customer satisfaction, and support business growth.Who are we?Founded in 1849, Ducommun is the oldest company in California. Job SummaryDevelop and execute the organization's quality strategy aligned with business objectives.Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Engineers, Quality Supervisors, Supplier Quality personnel, and Inspectors.Foster a culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.Maintain and continually improve the Quality Management System (QMS).Lead Management Review activities.Lead Supplier Quality Management activities.Required Skills and QualificationsExpert knowledge of AS9100 Ability to read and understand production drawingsRoot Cause Analysis methodologiesProcess ValidationInternal AuditingSupplier Quality ManagementStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to influence cross-functional teamsRequired Experience and EducationH.S.
