Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, identifying their mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on clients' progress and feedback.

• Provide teletherapy sessions using secure platforms, ensuring continuity of care and accessibility for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client sessions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying current with the latest treatment modalities and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your skills and expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
