Prep Cook
We are seeking a skilled Contract Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knife skills, a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients for recipes, maintaining a clean and organized work station, and assisting with other kitchen tasks as needed. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in knife handling and kitchen equipment
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
