Job Description:

Client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support cardholders by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering excellent customer service. This remote position requires strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and prompt solutions to cardholders.
• Manage customer information across multiple systems.
• Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Navigate multiple software applications while assisting customers.
• Follow established procedures and meet performance expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency using Chromebooks and dual monitors.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask, type, and navigate multiple applications while speaking with customers.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
• Must live within 60 miles or 60 minutes of the Cincinnati hub.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST, including one weekend day, for a total of five working days per week.
• Must pass the required background investigation (education and employment verification excluded) and fingerprinting.
• Must meet applicable Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Banking or financial services experience.
• Call center experience.
• Experience working remotely.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and adapt to changing processes.
