Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a Home Health Occupational Therapist position License: Registration by the State of Michigan as an occupational therapist Certifications: BLS certification from AHA Must-Have: - Reliable transportation - Telephone Description: Under general supervision of the therapy supervisor, implements treatment programs. Organizes and conducts a variety of sensorimotor, educational, recreational, and social activities. These activities are designed to help clients regain physical or mental functioning. Assists clients in adjusting to their handicaps. Performs other related duties as required in a home care setting. Clinical experience of one (1) year is required. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a telephone.
