Position: Part‑Time Sales Associate (Store #002155 Target Optical) What You’ll Do The Sales Associate is responsible for creating an outstanding optical experience for our guests by combining their needs with our high‑quality fashion brands. Key Responsibilities Drive sales & build lasting customer relationships, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Act as a vision expert, offering tailored advice and recommending eyewear solutions that match customers’ lifestyles. Continuously develop skills through hands‑on training and collaboration with experienced professionals. Work closely with team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing for a seamless shopping experience. Cultivate an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues. What We’re Looking For Enthusiasm for customer service; retail or customer service experience is a plus. Sales‑savvy with strong communication skills in a dynamic environment. Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented, comfortable with technology to enhance customer experience. Fashion‑forward with an interest in eyewear and trends. Self‑motivated, adaptable and resilient, eager to learn and grow. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products. Pay Range USD 21.41 per hour (actual pay determined by location, experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage).
