Licensed Aesthetician at Moi Health and Wellness Job Description Moi Health and Wellness is expanding our aesthetic services and looking for a talented, motivated Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing health, wellness, and medical aesthetics practice. We are looking for someone who loves skin care and is excited about the opportunity to help build and grow our facial and advanced skin-care division. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced aesthetician who has developed a loyal clientele and may be looking for a new environment, greater growth potential, or the opportunity to become part of a medical aesthetics and wellness practice. Our medical team provides advanced aesthetic and regenerative treatments, including laser skin treatments and PRP/PRF and regenerative procedures. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our medical providers to help create comprehensive skin-rejuvenation programs for our clients. Medical and invasive procedures are performed only by appropriately licensed medical professionals. We are looking for someone who can provide an exceptional client experience while helping clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their skin. The right candidate will enjoy developing long-term client relationships, recommending appropriate home skin-care regimens, and helping us grow a successful facial and skin-care program. Duties Perform customized facials based on individual skin types, concerns, and goals Provide advanced aesthetic treatments within your training and Massachusetts scope of practice Perform appropriate exfoliation, superficial chemical peel, and other skin-care services within scope Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend individualized treatment plans Educate clients about skin-care routines, products, and appropriate at-home care Recommend and demonstrate professional skin-care products Encourage appropriate rebooking, treatment packages, and membership programs Collaborate with our medical aesthetics team to coordinate complementary skin-care services Maintain meticulous treatment-room cleanliness, sanitation, and infection-control standards Document services appropriately and follow established practice protocols Provide exceptional customer service from consultation through post-treatment care Help develop and grow Moi Health and Wellness's facial and skin-care offerings Experience & Qualifications Current Massachusetts Aesthetician or Cosmetology license Previous professional facial and skin-care experience preferred Established clientele is strongly preferred Strong understanding of skin types, skin conditions, professional skin-care products, and treatment selection Experience with facials, superficial chemical peels, exfoliation, and other advanced aesthetic services preferred Excellent communication and client-consultation skills Comfortable recommending professional skin-care products and treatment plans Strong attention to sanitation, safety, and detail Professional, dependable, personable, and motivated Ability to work independently while collaborating with our medical aesthetics team Interest in continuing education and learning new aesthetic techniques Why Join Us?
