FFF Roofing Specialist, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Billing & Project Accounting Specialist to assist with project billing, payroll documentation, job-cost tracking, and general construction administration.

The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have previous experience working in a construction office or administrative department.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit progress billings for construction projects.
• Prepare and track conditional and unconditional progress and final lien releases.
• Review and understand contracts, change orders, and billing requirements.
• Maintain prevailing-wage and certified-payroll documentation.
• Assist with payroll and accurately track employee hours by project.
• Track project expenses, labor costs, materials, and subcontractor costs.
• Monitor project budgets and help identify cost differences or overruns.
• Maintain organized billing, contract, payroll, and project records.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices, payments, and required documents.
• Communicate professionally with general contractors, customers, vendors, and field employees.
• Provide general support to the construction administration department.

Qualifications

• Previous construction billing or construction administration experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of progress billing and job-cost accounting.
• Familiarity with conditional and unconditional lien releases.
• Experience with prevailing-wage projects and certified payroll.
• Ability to read and understand construction contracts.
• Experience tracking project budgets, labor hours, material costs, and expenses.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently.

This employee will be responsible for supporting the company’s construction billing and project-accounting processes. The position requires accurate tracking of project expenses, labor hours, materials, payroll information, contracts, budgets, billing, lien releases, and prevailing-wage documentation.
