MUST HAVE 18 months combined perm experience in specialty applying for preferable to be within one location but can be combined MUST HAVE 18 months recent CVICU experience - Travel experience will suffice. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA or American Red Cross BLS ACLS NIHSS cert required.
