Caregiver / Companion Care Aide (Part-Time & Flexible Shifts) Location: Fredericksburg, VA and surrounding areas

Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00 per hour

Join Our Growing Care Team

We are actively hiring multiple caregivers to support seniors and adults who need assistance remaining safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. We have a variety of part-time shifts available, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and flexible schedules.

Whether your experience is in personal care, companion care, or both, we encourage you to apply.

Available Services

Personal Care

• Assistance with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Dressing and toileting assistance
• Mobility and transfer support
• Medication reminders
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting concerns

Companion Care

• Meaningful companionship and conversation
• Meal planning and preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Escorting clients to appointments and activities
• Encouraging engagement and social interaction

Qualifications

• Caregiving, home care, healthcare, or related experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and client instructions
• Professional and respectful demeanor
• Ability to pass a background screening

Requirements

• Must provide documentation verifying eligibility to work
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Must be able to arrive to scheduled shifts on time
• Ability to perform duties safely and professionally
