Clinical Specialist Urology

Wasatch Medical Specialties is seeking a highly motivated Clinical Specialist to support urology-focused procedures throughout the Los Angeles market. This is a field-based, full-time role ideal for someone who is dependable, professional, and passionate about delivering excellent clinical support and customer service.

The ideal candidate will reside within reasonable access to the Los Angeles area, preferably near Sherman Oaks, Studio City, or surrounding central LA communities. Overnight travel of up to 25% will be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support during prostate biopsy and focal cryoablation procedures
• Assist physicians and staff with procedural workflow and equipment operation
• Develop strong relationships with physicians, office staff, and hospital personnel
• Deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced clinical environments
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, accountability, and integrity
• Learn and apply medical imaging concepts, procedural techniques, and urologic terminology

Qualifications

• Highly dependable with strong personal integrity and professionalism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong aptitude for learning medical imaging, terminology, and clinical procedures
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Clean driving record required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Prior healthcare, medical device, surgical, imaging, or clinical experience is a plus

Competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus opportunity, 401K with match, and ongoing clinical training. Compensation will be based on experience and clinical background.
