Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience, a Master’s degree with 3 years of related experience, a PhD with 1 year of related experience, OR 9 years of professional related work experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement. Experience with Configuration Management and Data Management principles / best practices to include management of contract and supplier data. Experience following documented rules and guidelines to ensure technical content meets internal and customer requirements. Experience with MIL-HDBK-61. Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. Government Secret Clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company. Key Responsibilities Interpretation of Form DD-1423 requirements and the direct correlation between Contract and Subcontract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRL/SDRLs). Validate Configuration and Data Management (CDM) Statement of Work (SOW) requirements. Formats documents in preparation for approver reviews. Prepares documentation for archive. Support Internal and External Audits (CMMI). Maintains audit trails Preferred Qualifications Working experience within a Configuration and Data Management discipline. Advanced working experience in Jira. Working experience with SharePoint. Teamcenter proficiency. Excellent organizational skills to include the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Primary Level Salary Range: $89,900.00 - $134,900.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
