Machine Maintenance Technician

Maintenance MechanicWe are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our second-shift maintenance team. This role is pivotal in diagnosing and repairing automated equipment, as well as electrical and mechanical systems. The day-to-day responsibilities will vary, with approximately 50% of the time dedicated to preventative maintenance, 30% focused on high-level diagnostics and repairs, and 20% on various project-based work.ResponsibilitiesConduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot automated equipment.Diagnose and repair electrical subsystems, including PLCs, 480V systems, and electrical schematics.Maintain and repair 3-phase motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and facility tools.Perform light facilities tasks as needed.Essential SkillsProven experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.Expertise in preventive maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.Ability to work with 3-phase motors, pneumatics, and schematics.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsTechnical degree (preferred).Welding experience (nice to have).Why Work Here?Join a well-established, family-owned company that offers room for growth internally. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
