Key Responsibilities

• Drive finance policy development, simplification, and governance
• Serve as a primary point of contact for policy interpretation
• Independently perform technical accounting assessments
• Execute key close oversight activities
• Leverage data and analytics tools to identify high-risk transactions
• Update executive-level deliverables
• Support strategic initiatives
• Contribute to SOX compliance
• Drive continuous improvement and capability building

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 46 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
• Strong technical accounting expertise in US GAAP
• Experience with SAP, MS CoPilot, Tableau, and/or Databricks a plus
• Experience supporting close processes, balance sheet analytics, and audit interactions
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
• Strong written communication skills
• Advanced analytical capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
• Sound professional judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
