Production Supervisor

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionFII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage the assembly of high-tech components and package the final assembled product for customer delivery. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the L10 Production Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.The Production Supervisor will supervise a team, manage production deadlines, and analyze production schedules to meet or exceed customer requirements.ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team while prioritizing policies, strategic objectives, and organizational goalsManage production deadlines to meet or exceed customer requirementsAnalyze production schedules and calculate worker-hour requirementsInterpret specifications and blueprints to assign work ordersInspect components and troubleshoot basic issues during productionMaintain production records and prepare productivity reportsSupervise the hiring process for department openingsAdhere to established safety programs and maintain knowledge of safe working practicesOther Duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree or 4-year degree preferred2-4 years' experience in a related field required, 5+ years' experience strongly preferredPrior supervisory experience strongly preferredMust be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs; must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hoursReasons you should work for us:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Basic life insurance and short-term disability coverage provided by employer.Supplemental life insurance and long-term disability coverage options available.401K with employer contribution.Personal, Vacation, and Holiday paid time off for all full-time employees.Onsite Aurora Health & Wellness Center available for all employees.Employees are continuously encouraged to learn and grow their careers in smart manufacturing.
