Your Role as School Nurse Provide direct health services to students and staff in a school-based environment. Monitor and respond to student health concerns , including first aid, chronic condition management, and medication administration. Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with school health policies. Act as a vital health resource and advocate for students and families. Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and Sunshine Homecare to ensure seamless continuity of care .
