Description Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida, the largest healthcare organization in the South Florida region with medical practices spanning from Key West to Palm Beach, is seeking to employ an Interventional Spine physician to join its expanding Spine Care Program within its Baptist Health Miami Neuroscience Institute (MNI), part of Baptist Health Brain & Spine Care. The multidisciplinary Spine Center comprised of six state‑of‑the‑art facilities and projected for continued expansion, provides comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic spinal disorders through a collaborative, patient‑centered model making it an exceptional environment for physicians dedicated to delivering innovative and compassionate care. Full‑Time Opportunity (Job ID: FY26‑MIA‑BSC‑14‑00T) Responsibilities Provide advanced interventional spine and musculoskeletal care in a multidisciplinary environment. Collaborate closely with neurosurgery, neurology, orthopedics, and pain medicine specialists. Contribute to program growth through quality improvement, innovation, and patient education initiatives. Provide inpatient consultation services and outpatient spine clinic care. The MNI team, which includes over two dozen physicians across eight locations, performs over 1,500 surgeries each year and offers more than 30 clinical research studies, including experts in neurosurgery, nonsurgical spine care and pain management, neuroradiology, interventional neuroradiology, neuro‑oncology, radiation oncology and neurology. Seeking candidates whose focus is on quality, excellent patient‑centered care, exhibit professional demeanor, and promote collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment. Qualifications MD/DO from an accredited institution; active and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date); satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing. Board Eligible/Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR). Fellowship training in Interventional Spine Medicine or Pain Medicine by an ACGME‑accredited program strongly preferred. Compensation commensurate with training and experience.
