Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Crate Assembler to join our dynamic team in Delaware, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products are securely packaged and ready for shipment. If you have a knack for hands-on work and enjoy being part of a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Assemble wooden and plastic crates according to specifications and blueprints.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality assurance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
