All-Ages Clinician: Outpatient Therapy & Crisis Care

Clinician - All Ages - Somerville Outpatient In this vital role, the Clinician - All Ages will provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for child, adolescent, and adults of the program. Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including developing treatment plan and goals in collaboration with the consumer. Collaborate with treatment team and other providers to establish treatment plan and disposition. Provide direct therapeutic intervention. Maintain regular communication with treatment team and collateral providers/case managers as necessary. This may include attending planning or case management meetings regarding consumers. Provide crisis management for clients on caseload and other outpatient center clients as necessary. Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working with individuals across the lifespan and has experience or a strong interest in supporting diverse populations, especially those impacted by substance use challenges and co-occurring disorders.
