Floor TechnicianA local janitorial company that has been in business for 40 years is looking for quality people who take pride in making a place sparkle. This is a night shift position consisting of Full-time hours - non-exempt. Shift: Mon- Fri - 40 hrs. per week.As a Floor Technician you will perform flooring projects in various buildings. Duties consist of:Floor buffing and waxingCarpet cleaningTile and grout scrubbingWindow washingHigh dusting/vent cleaningFloor machine maintenance and cleaningCommercial cleaning fill-inDelivering supplies to buildingsWe pride ourselves on attention to detail and the ability of our valued cleaners.Minimum requirements:Experience operating floor equipment.Experience cleaning carpets, stripping and waxing floors, and buffing.Some knowledge of janitorial safety procedures & compliance of all regulations regarding chemical storage and handling.Reliable and hard working.Independence.
