Production Associate

Production Associate Job Details Schedule: TBD Pay Rate: Based on experience Location: Wilmington, OH Requirements / Qualifications Self-starter with a willingness to learn Experience in carpentry, auto mechanics, plumbing, metal fabrication, auto electrical, or forklift operation is preferred but not required Ability to safely use hand and power tools Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more as needed Ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend, squat, kneel, push, pull, and walk throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Blueprint Reading Experience (Is a Plus, But Not Required) Blueprint reading experience is a plus, but not required Responsibilities Perform production and assembly tasks as assigned Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Assist with carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, fabrication, or electrical projects Measure, cut, assemble, and install components Read blueprints and work instructions when applicable Inspect finished products for quality Operate forklifts as assigned after training Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Collaborate with team members to complete production goals Complete additional duties as assigned Why Work With Our Client On-the-job training Opportunities to learn multiple skilled trades Professional and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for career growth Once Hired-on, Employees Can Expect On-the-job training Opportunities to learn multiple skilled trades Professional and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for career growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Wilmington-Clinton County Chamber of Commerce
