Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and assist with daily programs including games, arts and crafts, music, and group gatherings
• Spend one-on-one time with residents, building authentic and positive relationships
• Support the coordination and setup of special events and community activities
• Encourage involvement while fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment
• Contribute fresh ideas to enhance resident engagement and overall experience

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification and complete dementia-related training
• Availability to work occasional weekends (about once per month)
